Do you like to keep up with the latest information on activities in your area whilst enjoying meeting and talking to people?

If you have some spare time that you would like to use to benefit your local community and environment why not check out the opportunities to help Sheffield Renewables’ new One-to-One Team?
Volunteers with the One-to-One team will have opportunities to:
• Take part in relaxed group sessions to help each other learn about and keep up
to date with Sheffield Renewables’ activities
• Practise discussing the wider issues influencing Sheffield Renewables’ work in a
clear and informative way
• Interest friends, family and neighbours in the effects of sustainable development
and community action on their own lives
• Attend local festivals and events, answering people’s questions

The first session will be an evening of relaxed, informal activities enabling those that have been following our progress to update themselves and help others find out more about our activities. Those that attend can choose to pass on the information to friends, family and neighbours as they wish, helping to spread the word. It will run from 7pm-9pm on Wednesday 17th March at South Yorkshire Energy Centre. To find out more about the One-to-One Team, check out our volunteer advert.

If you decide to come along, please let us know by emailing cariad@sheffieldrenewables.org.uk.
